C-Suite is a paperless practice and managed online through the HIPAA-compliant SimplePractice platform. Clients will use the portal to request appointments, complete consent forms and notices, pay invoices, and telehealth video conferencing.

What to expect on your first appointment

First time clients should request an appointment through the link below. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will be directed to the client portal to complete registration, consent forms, notices, and practice paperwork. Please be aware to choose in-person appointments for Williamsport, PA or telehealth for out-of-town clients.

Our initial meeting is for the purpose of gathering information, setting goals, and discussing strategies that we might use to reach them. Expect each session to be 50 minutes in length.

Why private pay?

C-Suite counseling accepts private pay only, via cash, check, or online payments through the secure patient portal. Each session is $150. Prepaid packages may be available after the initial meeting.

The insurance company, not the therapist, is making decisions about what is best for the client. Denial of coverage is a common occurrence. By selecting private pay, the client is taking control of their mental health. An investment in C-Suite is an investment in your personal health, relationships, and career.
